Protein Low-Carb Rice With Garlic Karam(Chilli Garlic)

While following my protein diet program, I fell ill, suffering from severe cold and taste buds leaning towards rice, but we can't have rice and break the diet, since it is a costly affair (I mean we cannot come out of ketosis and also not a good idea to come out abruptly too). So I decided to this dual and complete meal recipe that works good for both my cold & diet, which is Garlic Karam(Chilli Garlic), Low-Carb Protein Rice and 2 cup veggies. Low Carb Rice Cooked - 1/3 cup
Soya Granules (TVP) - 38g
• Grated Califlower - 2 cup
• Garlic Cloves - 5
• Light Salt (to the taste)
• Chilli Powder - 3/4 tsp
• Olive/Grape Seed Oil - 1 tsp.

  1. Weigh 38g of Soya Granules (TVP) and measure 2 cups of grated califlower. Now add Soy Granules and grated califlower to a microwavable bowl and add about 1/2 cup of water then microwave for 4 min or until cooked completely.
  2. Take out from microwave and add 1/3 Low Carb Rice and mix all together. Note: In below picture my rice also has some portion of quinoa but not required.
  3. Now lets make Garlic Karam, I forgot to take step by step pictures for this part, but it's easy to make it. Peel garlic cloves and crush it knife or any other method you usually follow else you can also dice it knife. Keep a small pan on stove with medium heat and add oil, once oil got heated, add crushed galic pieces and let it cook until light brown and then add 3/4 tsp of chilli powder and salt to the taste and mix it then turn off heat.
  4. Here is HOT n Spicy Protein Low Carb Rice with Chilli Garlic and 2 Cup Vegetable. This is a complete meal for lunch/dinner. Since we are using rice here I would treat this as Occational dish.
