Unflavored Whey protein - 1/4 cup (20g)
Unflavored Soy protein or Pea protein- 1/4 cup (25g)
• Liquid egg whites - 1/4 cup (46g)
• Whole Egg - 1
• Broccoli - 1/4 cup
• Garlic powder - 1 tsp
• Jalapenos diced- 1 Tbsp (optional)
• Lite salt (to the taste).

  1. Ready all ingredients listed and weigh/measure protein powders and liquid egg whites as mentioned. Jalapenos are optional.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Take a smoothie jar or grinder jar and add all ingredients except jalapenos, add lite salt to taste and grind them all to smooth liquid.
  3. Take bread or oven safe pan and pour grinded mix into pan and sprinkle with chopped jalapenos then bake for 25 mins.
