2 Cup Tandoori Gobi (Baked Tandoori Califlower)

This recipe is super easy and quick with authentic indian flavor, it's made with 2 cups of califlower florets. This serves as 2 cup vegetables requirement to any protein lunch/dinner .

Ingredients:

• Califlower florets - 2 cups
• Tandoori Masal - 1.5 tsp (any brand)
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
• Unsweetened Almond milk - 2 Tbsp
• Soy Protein - 1 tsp
• Lite salt (to the taste..if required)
• Olive Oil spray.

Preparation:

  1. Cut califlower into desired size florets for 2 cups. In a mixing bowl add 1.5 tsp of Tandoori Masala, 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, and 2 Tbsp of Almond Milk then add califlower florets and mix well and sprinkle 1 tsp of soy protein and mix all together.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place a marinated califlower florets on baking sheet and spray olive oil on top of florets then bake for 15 min and in between turn them once.
  3. Here is HOT HOT Spicy Tandoori Gobi ready towards 2cup vegetables requirement of lunch/dinner. You can't take this for snack during diet phase, you can take this as snack in maintenance.
