Ingredients:

Gardein Meatless BBQ Wings - 5pc
• IP Vegetables - 2 cups
• Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
• Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Walden Farms Sesame Ginger dressing - 1 Tbsp
• Lite salt (to the taste)
• Oilve/Grape seed oil - 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. In this recipe we are using Gardein Meatless BBQ Wings (these are available in most local grocery store frozen section) (IMP Note: Do not use the sauce which comes with package). Also cut 2 cup of IP vegetables like Mushrooms, Bell peppers, Broccoli, Snap pea, etc., If you are using Broccoli & snap pea, microwave 1 cup of water for 2 min and place broccoli & snap pea in hot water.
  2. Place a pan on stove with medium-high heat and add 1 tsp of oil and saute 5pc of Gardein Meatless BBQ Wings for 4-5min until cooked then add Mushrooms & bell peppers and cook for 1 min and then add hot water treated broccoli & snap pea and stir together for 1 min.
  3. Now lets add spices, 1 tsp of chilli garlic paste, 1 tsp of soy sauce and 1 Tbsp of Walden Farms Sesame Ginger dressing and lite salt to the taste and stir all together and cook for 1 min and transfer to serving plate.
  4. Here is HOT HOT Asian flavored Vegetarian wings with 2 cups vegetables are ready as complete meal for lunch/dinner.
