Lemon Chilli Steamed Vegetables

This lemon flavored steamed vegegables taste so good with lemon zest and chilli garlic. For a change you can have this quick steamed salad towards 2 cup vegegables for lunch/dinner.

• Califlower - 2 cups
• Brocolli - 1 cup
• Zucchini - 3/4 cup
• Snap pea - 1/4 cup
• Oilve oil - 1 tsp
• Lemon zest - 1 tsp
• Lemon juice - 1 tsp
• Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
• Garlic minced - 2 tsp
• Light salt (to the taste).

  1. This recipe is for 2 servings. If you are prepareing for one then make ingredients to half. Cut the vegetables as shown below and steam in microwavable cooker for 4min or steam stove top.
  2. Now you need to ready sauting ingredients. Take a lemon and prepare zest as shown below and ready other ingredients.
  3. Place a small pan on stove with medium heat and add 1 tsp of olive oil, once oil heated add minced garlic and then chilli flakes cook for 1 min and add light salt then add lemon zest and stir togehter(do not cook) and transfer to mixing bowl and add lemon juice.
  4. Now add steamed vegetables to lemon sauting mixture and mix toghter. Now HOT n Spicy steamed vegetables are read for your lunch/dinner.
