Protein Burger Sandwich w/Diet French Fries(Optional)

Its hard to imagine having a burger in protein diet. Its possible becuase protein bun which is made with isolated proteins and fiber and having only 2g net carbs, thanks to LC Great Low carb breads. This is a quick and inspiring meal for change of taste burds. See here what we need to prepare this.

Ingredients:

Great Low Carb Bread Co. Protein Buns - 1pc
Gardein Meatless BBQ Wings - 2pc
OR Boiled Egg - 1
• Iceburg lettuce - 2 leaves
• Vegetables (Tamatoes,Onion)
• Dressing (Mustard, Sriracha)
• Seasoning (Lite Salt,Black pepper)
Walden Farms All Zero Mayo(Optional).

Preparation:

  1. To prepare this sandwich you need this Great Low Carb Bread Co. Protein Buns. I was able to find this online only. This buns has only 2g of net carbs and 14g protein, so we just need to add 6~7g of additional protein to make complete meal.
  2. If you eat EGG then you can use boiled egg else use this VEG Gardein Meatless BBQ Wings (these are available in most local grocery store frozen section) (IMP Note: Do not use the sauce which comes with package). If you are using these wings then saute with Walden Farms All Zero Sauces or Guys BBQ Sauce or Mustard & Chilli Sauce.
  3. Now ready all ingredients as shown below.
  4. On a pan toast the bun with light oil then add mustard & sriracha, vegetables and season with salt & pepper. YOu can also use Walden Farms All Zero Mayo(Optional) for more taste without calories.
  5. Now place sauted meatless wings or EGG slices then cover with lettuce leavs then close with bun.
  6. Here is Ideal Protein friedly Vegetarian or Eggtarian Protein Burger Sandwich is ready!! To make complete meal, you need two cups of vegetables, so you can have your own veggies or you make this Ideal Protein friendly french fries to feel it as complete meal.
