Vegetable Protein Wrap (Eggetarian)

This quick wrap has only 5 net carbs and 20g protein with 1 cup vegetables. This can be meal for lunch or dinner with additional 1 cup vegetable will make complete dinner.

Ingredients:

• BakeSense Rollups(Found in costco)
OR Santa Fe Whole Grain Protein Tortilla (adds 20 calories & 1g protein)
• Liquid Egg Whites - 120g
• Vegetables (Bell Peppers, Mushrooms,Cucumber,Onions) - 1 cup
• Iceburg lettuce - 1/2 cup
• Cilantro
• Seasonings (Black Pepper, Lite salt)
Walden Farms All Zero Dressing(Optional).

Preparation:

  1. For this wrap is made with high protien & low carb bake sense roll ups (see below picture) found in costco or you can alternately use similar tortilla Santa Fe Whole Grain Protein Tortilla (found in samsclub or Amazon). Both are made with similar ingredients.
  2. Make a omlette with 120g of Liquid Egg Whites by sprinkling salt & pepper. Also ready 1 cup your choice of IP vegetables and Iceburg lettuce.
  3. On a flat surface or on cutting board place rollup/tortilla and place omlette on top and then arrange all the vegetables as shown below then season with mustard, sriracha, salt and pepper, you can also use Walden Farms All Zero Dressing and top it with cilantro and roll tightly.
  4. Here is 20g protein wrap (7g from rollup, 13g from egg) is ready for your lunch or dinner. You need to take another 1 cup of vegetables to make complete meal.
