Protein Alfredo Pasta With 2 Cup Vegetables

When we are doing low-carb & high protein/IP diet, we are not allowed to eat regular pasta becuase of high carbs in pasta. But we can eat this protein pasta which as only 3g carbs per serving. It is relatively simple to make and complete meal for lunch/dinner. See here how we can make this recipe.

Ingredients:

ProtiWise Protein Pasta - 1 pkt
Walden Farms All Zero Alfredo Pasta Sauce
• Vegetables (broccoli, mushroom, bell pepper, spinach, zucchini,green onion) - 2 cups
• Garlic finely chopped - 1 tsp
• Red chilli flakes - 1/4 tsp
• Lite Salt (to the taste)
• Seasonings (garlic powder, parsly flakes, oregano)
• Olive/Grape Seed Oil - 1 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Take 1 pkt protiwise protein pasta and boil as per instructions on box. Below picture my pasta style looks different than on package because they stoped this style and they are now only making belt style pasta, so do not confuse it is same protein pasta with different look. Here we will be using Walden Farms All Zero Alfredo Pasta Sauce in this recipe to avoid extra calories & carbs. Also use 1 cup of water and microwave for 2 min and then put broccoli in it and keep aside.
  2. Place a small wok on stove with high heat and add 1 tsp of oil Once oil heated add garlic pieces then zucchini, mushrooms and bell peppers.
  3. And add spinach and still together and cook for 2 min and add red chilli flakes and lite salt (to the taste) then stir all together. Now add hot water treated broccoli.
  4. Now add boiled protein pasta and stir togehter and cook for 1 min then sprinkle seasonings garlic powder, parsly flakes and oregano stir all togehter. Now add Walden Farms All Zero Alfredo Pasta Sauce as needed and let it cook for 1-2 min and add green onions and stir all together then transfer to serving plate.
