Ingredients:

• Tofu Firm - 60g (5 of protein)
Unflavored Whey Protein - 17g (15g protein)
• Vegetables - 2 cups (cabbage, bok choy, celery, mushrooms, green onions)
• Garlic finely choped - 1/2 tsp
• Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
• Lite Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp
• Lite Salt (to the taste)
• Vegetable broth - 1/2 cup
• Water - 1/2 cup
• Olive/Grape Seed Oil - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation:

  1. Ready all ingredients listed above. Chop vegetables as you want or as shown below. Weigh 60g of Firm Tofu (for 5g protein source) or basred on nutrition info on package, and weigh 17g of Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate for 15g of protein source. Cut Tofu into 1/4 inch cubes as shown in below picture.
  2. Place a 1 quart pot on stove with high heat and add 1/2 tsp oil, once oil heated add garlic pieces and then add bok choy & celery and cook for 1 min and add mushroom and cook for 1 min and then add cabbage.
  3. Now add 1 tsp chilli garlic paste, lite salt to the taste, 1/2 cup vegetable broth & 1/2 cup water.
  4. Now add 1 Tbsp (3 tsp) of lite soy sauce and tofu pieces. Mix whey protein with 60ml of water and add that soup and mix all together (once whey added to soup do not cook long it will break like milk) and finally add green onions and turn of the heat and transfer to serving bowl.
