This is simple stir fry Ip vegetables with a asian touch. This works especially when you feel of eating something HOT n Spicy. This goes well with protein shake, protein smoothie. This is IP friendly 2 cup vegetables so you can add to any protein dish for lunch and dinner.

• Broccoli - 2/3 cup
• Mushroom - 2/3 cup
• Mung Bean Sprouts - 2/3 cup
• Ginger minced - 1 tsp
• Garlic minced - 1 tsp
• Light Soy Sauce - 2 tsp
• Chilli Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
• Light Salt(to the taste)
• Olive/Grape Seed Oil - 1 tsp
• Splenda - 1 pkt

  1. Ready with ingredients listed above, Take 1 cup of water and microwave for 2 min and put Broccolli in it. Chop other vegetables as shown in below pic.
  2. Place a wok/pan on stove and Turn on to High heat. Add 1 tsp Oilve/Grape Seed Oil once oil get heated then add Ginger & Garlic pieces and fry for 1 min and then add Mushrooms and fry for 2 min and then add Hot water treated Broccolli and stir together. Now move veggies aside in pan to add sauces, Add 1 tsp of chilli garlic paste, 2 tsp soy sauce, Light Salt and stir all together & fry for 1 min and turn off Heat. Now add Mung bean sprouts and stir then sprinkle Splenda & Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning and transfer to serving bowl.
