While we are on low carb diet and forgot to carry own lunch/dinner then what could be the choice to eat outside? Here is one I found while I am on diet. But you need to eat egg to get complete meal at one place otherwise you need to stop by vitamin shop/GNC like stores to grab Quest protein bar / Quest protein chips / Premier Protein Shake to add protein to your diet. • Oil & Vinegar
• Mustard
• Little Vinaigrette
• NO Cheese Please.

Preparation:

  1. In SubWay we can ask to make any Sandwich to chopped salad. So ask to Make Egg White Sandwich with Extra Egg white Omelette to chopped salad. Egg white sandwich is in breakfast menu, some restaurents do not offer breakfast menu for lunch/dinner then ask Veggie Delite Sandwich to Chopped Salad with Extra 2 Egg White Omelettes. Then ask for above listed vegetables, NO Cheese Please.
