Asian Oriental Vegetables Stir Fry

This is one of my favourite dish, especially when you feel of eating something HOT n Spicy. This goes well with protein shake, protein smoothie. This is IP friendly 2 cup vegetables so you can add to any protein dish for lunch and dinner.

Walden Farms Garlic & Herb Pasta Sauce - 3 Tbsp
• Light Soy Sauce - 1 1/2 tsp
• Chilli Garlic Sauce - 1/2 tsp
• Ginger Finely Chopped - 1 tsp,
• Garlic Finely Chopped - 1 tsp,
• Vegetables - 2 cups (like Zucchini, Radish, Celery, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Snow Peas)
• Light Salt (to the taste)
• Spleda / Stevia - 1 pkt (Optional)
Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning (Optional).

  1. Ready all ingredients listed below. If you use Broccoli then heat 1 cup of water in microwave for 2 min and put the Broccoli in Hot water for 3 min and then drain water.
  2. Place a wok or pan on stove wtih High Heat. Add 1/2 tsp of Olive/Grape Seed Oil, once oil heated then add Ginger & Garlic pieces and cook for 1 min then add all Other vegetables except Broccoli and still all together for 2~3min. Once half cooked then add boiled Broccoli and stir together.
  3. Push vegetables a side and make little round place in between for cooking sauces. Now add about 1 ~ 1 1/2 tsp Lite Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Chilli Garlic Sauce and about 3 Tbsp of Walden Farms Garlic & Herbs Sauce and stir all together and cook for 1~2 min.
  4. Now add Light Salt per the taste and you can optionally sprinkle 1 pkt Spleda/Stevia & 1 tsp of Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic Seasoning. Once added stir and immediately transfer to serving plate.
  5. Here is Hot n Spicy Asian Oriental Vegetable are ready to acompany with your protein lunch/dinner!!.
