Spicy Cucumber Salad (2 Cup Vegetable)

Here is Cucumber Salad different flavour. We usually eat cucumbers directly or by sprinkling salt/pepper/chilli powder on slices. Here I made korian style with indian flavor, for a change of taste we can have this once in a while.

• Persian Cucumbers - 2pcs
OR English Cucumber - 1 pcs
• Green Onion - 2 stems
• Onion small slices - 1/3 cup
• Garlic Glove - 1pcs
• Light Soy Sauce - 1.5 tsp
• Olive/Grape Seed Oil - 1/2 tsp
• Kura Karam - 1/2 tsp
• Light Salt (to the taste).

  1. Ready all ingredients listed below.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into ovel shape as shown below (it's just for look, you can as you want). And onion into fine slices, Green Onion & Garlic to fine small pieces as show bleow.
  3. In a mixing bowl add Garlic pieces, Onion slices, Green Onions, 1/2 tsp Olive Oil, 1/2 tsp Kura Karam, 1.5 tsp Light Soy Sauce and sliced Cucumbers. Mix all ingredients together and taste for salt, if required sprinkle little salt and adjust the taste.
