Quest Protein Chips - 3/4 pkt
• OR IP Protein Chips - 1 pkt (add 30 calories)
• Green Chilli Chutney
Walden Farms All Zero Ketchup (Optional)
• Cucumber(Rounds Slices)
• Onion (Cut into Small Pieces)
• Capsicum (Cut into Small Pieces)
• Tomato (Cut into Small Pieces)
• Coriander (Cut finely)
• Light Salt (to sprinkle)
• Chilli Powder (to sprinkle)
• Chaat Masala (any brand) (to sprinkle).

  1. Ready all ingredients mentioned above, Use 3/4 pkt of Quest Protein remaining you can use later for additional protein needs. Or you can use Ideal Protien BBQ/Salt Vinegar Crips.
  2. Spread chips in a plate (in picture I shown both chips, actual number of chips are more in pkt, you use them all). On top of each chip place round sliced Cucumber, drop of Green Chilli Chutney, if you miss date Chutney (instead of this use a drop of Walden Farms All Zero Ketchup), Onions, Capsicum, Tomato pieces..
  3. Sprinkle Lite Salt, Chilli Powder, Coriander & Chaat Masala.
