Ingredients:

LightLife Meatles Veggie Smart Dogs - 2 and 1/2 pieces
• Mustard - 1/2 tsp
• Sriracha or Chilli Poweder/Tikka Masala - 1/2 tsp
• Low Sodium Soysauce - 1 tsp
• Chopped Coriander
• Light Salt (if needed).

Preparation:

  1. You can buy LightLife Veggi Smart Dogs in most local grocery stores (Search here). If you are preparing for Lunch or Dinner then take 3 pieces else take 2 1/2 pices of Smart Dogs then ready with all ingredients shown above.
  2. In a microwavable bowl add water and haft cut smart dogs and microwave for 1 1/2 min. Then cut them into small round piece like below.
  3. Add all ingredients i.e 1/2 tsp Mustard, 1/2 Srirach or Chilli Powder or Tikka Masala and 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce, if needs then add some light salt(to the taste).
  4. Place a pan on stove with High Heat and sray Olive/Grape Seed Oil and then spread them like below, turn them in between until it cooked with dark brown patches. Once done add Coriander and transfer to serving bowl/plate.
