For a change here is High Protein & Low Carb Pancake for Breakfast. Sorry for pure vegetarians, this recipe needs a egg. This is a very quick breakfast recipe option. This also works as Ideal Protein alternate product recipe.

Ingredients:

New Hope Mills Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Mix
• OR Maple Grove Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Mix
• Egg White Liquid or 1 Whole Egg(adds extra 45 calories)
• Olive/Grape Seed Oil - 1 tsp
• Sweetner Splenda/Stevia - 1 pkt
Walden Farms Pancake Syrup (Optional).

Preparation:

  1. Ready all ingredients shown below. You need to weigh 28g of pancake mix and 46g of Liquid eggwhites, Instead of of egg whites liquid you can use whole egg but it adds extra 45 calories + 2g Protein.
  2. In a bowl add liquid egg whites, 3/4 tsp olive/grape seed oil and 1pkt splenda/stevia to pancake mix and mix well together, then place a pan on stove with medium heat and spread add 1/4 tsp oil.
  3. Pour pancake mix into desired shape and turn it in between until cooked.
  4. Tranfer High Protein Pancake to plate and enjoy with Walden Farms All Zero Pancake Syrup (Optional). This is a very quick and low calorie and high protein for low carb diet.
