Tom-Yum Soup With 2 Cup Vegetables

Eating salads everyday may get bored, for a change you can make your 2 cups vegetables into tasty n spicy Tom Yum Soup. This will not increase much carbs because Tom Yum Soup base has only spices. You can also add Tofu to this recipe to make complete meal or you can take this with your lunch or dinner protein. Here is a simple way to make this.

Ingredients:

• Vegetarian Tom Yum Soup Paste (Any Brand)
• Vegetables -2 Cups(Cabbage,Celery,Cucumber,Pepers,Mashrooms,Broccolli etc)
• Water or Vegetable Broth- 1 Cup
• Coriander(Optional).

Preparation:

  1. Ready with ingredients shown below.
  2. Turn stove on with High Heat, place 1 Quart-Sauce Pan and pour water, keep until water boils with bubbles. Now add 1 tsp of Tom Yum Soup Paste and mix, wait for 1 min and then add Vegetables, now mix together and keep for 1~2 min.
  3. Transfer soup from pan to your bowl and garnish with coriander. Now it's ready to enjoy!!. IDEA: You can add 10g of Tofu protein to this soup and take another 10g protein from Egg Omelet or Quest Protein Chips(1/2 bag) to to make complete meal for lunch or dinner.
